Prescription analysis, debtor tracing, documentation review.

Stage 2 - Letter of Demand (LOD)
Statutory letter served via registered post or sheriff.

Stage 3 - Pre-Legal Negotiation
Direct engagement and payment arrangements where viable.

Stage 4 - Summons and Particulars
Issued through the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

Stage 5 - Default Judgment
Where the debtor fails to defend, judgment is obtained.

Stage 6 - Execution and Recovery
Garnishee orders, attachment, sale in execution, and Section 65A financial enquiries.

Statutory legal fees are added to the debtor's account and recovered from them - not invoiced to you.
